If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to our company at your own expense within 14 calendar days from receiving your order.
A necessary condition for the company to accept the return is the product to be in the conditions received, not to be compromised the packaging of the product, like not labels (paper and fabric) have been removed and accompanied by waterproof sheath and proof of purchase. The product should not be worn or washed for hygienic reasons.

Once we will receive the returned item and we will check its condition, we will immediately proceed with your request. The return can be done either by changing the product or issue a credit or refund.
- Change product, color or size: You can change each product only once. You can change a product with another or with a corresponding different color or size WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. In this case, the return costs and the costs of the new mission are covered by you.
- Refund: Once the returned items will be received and checked , refunds will immediately proceed. Refunds are made to the credit card or bank account that you used to pay for the order or to the bank account you indicate if the purchase was made on delivery. For past collections products (ss2020, ss2019, ss2018) the refund is not possible.
- Credit Version: The credit balance will be credited to your account and can be used within six months since the date of product return.
